Cliffnotes:
- Send all future PC reports to apo-reports@mit.edu (you only need to
send to this address, as it includes -svp and -apoced).
- In the future, you'll be able to find past PC reports in the
Projects folder in the APO locker.

Slightly-less-brief explanation:
I want to make it easier for everyone to find old PC reports, and thus
we can better learn from our ancestors! Along with -svp and -apoced,
-historian is on apo-reports. As I get reports, I will file them away
in the appropriate subfolder of the Projects folder. If you're PCing
an event, you can look through there :).

Mid-term, I'll start going through APOc issues and gathering old
reports. I'll be asking for volunteers to do the same, so keep your
eyes peeled!

YiLFS,
Piper
