These are the minutes from today's brainstorm on what kind of outcome we
want for who the chapter could serve with things like printshop and
silkscreening.

1. Defining types of entities:

MIT:
-service groups*
-other groups*
-community individuals (AX and Other)

*"MIT groups"="have an account"

Outside:
-501c service groups
-misc service groups and individuals
-other groups and individuals (includes self-owned businesses)

2. Which groups are under contention?
-community individuals
-outside misc service groups/individuals (we do want to serve groups who are
not recognized but who are doing service).

3. Ideally, which do we want to serve?
All except "outside other groups": these we might want to serve for benefit
to us (practice, exposure) more than for the benefit to them. We might want
to serve them upon review by someone.

Ideally, we want to serve entities (individuals and groups) who are in the
MIT community and/or who are doing service. (and others upon review?)

Most conservative: To serve groups with 501c3 status/ Authorized operators
may do personal jobs, with their own materials, for which they do not expect
payment.

Compromise: We serve 501c3 groups and do a SAFO dance for anyone else.
