Officers' reports:

MVP (Emily): Chapter Skills Weekend kind of didn't happen. Age-old
email vs. telephone communications issue. ==> Call people.
First pledge meeting: Wed, March 15, 8pm, meet in office.
SVP (Charley): APO Event Report Form has been resurrected. (Last
seen 1990) Use it. It will keep the service database current.
Nothing was rescheduled for now. Need Chapter Weekend II PC.
AVP (Cathy) (in absentia): nothing to report
Treasurer (Harry): nothing to report
FC (Karen): Semi-Formal Formal: Sat, March 18, Burton.
Potential study break next week.
IM Softball: combined APO/ET squad, C-league, games in April.
APOcEd (Barbara): Graphic Arts was closed when APOcs were finished.
==> APOcs will be available tomorrow.
ASC (Junko): Acquired items on request list. Jeffrey cleaned the
chalkboard.
PubDir (Elaine): nothing to report
Historian (Jeffrey) (in absentia): nothing to report
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe Kuchta) (in absentia): nothing to report
President (Bridget): Will go to ASA meeting tomorrow, ask about flamables
cabinet. If anyone wants to run for an ASA meeting, just go to the
meeting.

Rachel (in absentia): Diet Orange Soda is still in office. Will be
dealt with, either with Coke or other organization (i.e. New
House). Price per can of soda bought from Coke (TM) is now
about $ 0.415.
Discussion about getting soda from BJ's.
Bobcats:

Ping: Offer the Bobcats on reuse@mit.edu, a list for posting of unused
items.
Joe Foley: I want one.
