*LEGO Teacher Training *(Tuesday, Jan 19)
Interested in helping to teach Chemistry? Boston Public School, O'Bryant's
8th grade science teachers are looking for volunteers to help with a
Chemistry lesson. This will be a training workshop where the teachers and
volunteers learn material together, before implementing it in the classroom.
This seems to be more of an individual commitment though, so contact Kathy
Vandiver, kathymv@mit.edu for more information.
*National Braille Press *(Saturday, Jan 30)
Help the NBP produce a book that is in its later stages. They want 12
people, so it's a LARGE project that could use an enthusiastic response.
Plus it's the weekend before school, so there's no homework, come do
