Ok. So. Bookex training is going to be on SATURDAY at 4PM!

I'm looking for sub-PCs too. Let me know soon if you're interested in
being:

Apprentice Chair
You would get to be #2 in charge. This means make sure I stay
sane(-ish{, help if I'm not around, and generally learn the ropes.
Taking this job technically means that you volunteer to run the
next Bookex, but in this case it's only if something horrid happens to
me and I can't do it for some reason. I'm not planning on dumping a full
Fall bookex on anyone.

Publicity!
Make signs and such. I've got info for you in you're interested,
including what's been done in the past. I would need your help next week,
to advertise the first week of dropoff, the last week of IAP for the
second round of dropoff, and the week of bookex itself (the first week of
February). Enthusiastic help is desperately desired!

Manpower!
Make chmrrs for dropoff, setup, takedown, and the sale itself.
Poke people! Fill the chmrrs!

Aftermath
This involves sorting through a lot of the remainder of
paperwork/moneywork after bookex ends, as well as packing up books for
charity and sending them off.

Let's get this bookex started!
Vicki
