There are several things going on on this weekend. If you can go to one,
why not mail apo-discuss and see who's cool enough to join you?
1. Oops, HallowMIT is on Saturday: 3pm-5pm, right here on campus,
incredibly convenient. They need help with decorating, running games,
assisting face painters, helping carve pumpkins, and much more. HallowMIT
is a MIT children's Halloween festival, open to graduate
students, staff/faculty, and their families. Sign up:

3. The Boston Monster March, a
charity walk and giant Halloween carnival on Boston City Hall Plaza. Sunday
10/25, from 12-10 pm. It's all afternoon, so you can go for the timeslot
you're available. They need LOTS of volunteers, so any help would be
appreciated. Give Johnny Monsarrat a call at 617-899-7794.
4. Again, from PMD
Sun 10/25/2009 Dress up, set up, face paint, help carve pumpkins & run
other activities for annual children's community Halloween Party, 1:30-6,
Rain or Shine; sign up/respond by: 10/17
