Exec Meeting
October 14, 2009

here: kkuhn(Kristin Kuhn), viccro(Vicky Crosson), austein(Matt
Goldstein), ahailes(Amy Hailes), ccrazy(Ellen Kranzer), nteague(Nicole
Teague), rkw(Rebecca Krenz-Wee), sophical(Sophie Monahan)

These minutes might suck... sorry guys

treasurer(nteague):
Bookex money taking time. Working on it. We have money apparently.

office manager(rkw):
nothing to report

kkuhn aside: need to appoint food person

apoced(viccro):
Going good. Will start asking for entries for next week. Avi will
keep writing stuff if we ask. Yay!

pvp(ahailes):
stuff

svp(sophical):
Things going well. Stuff about space on Friday's project. Looking
into more space. Working on setting up a violence against women
project. Possibly some number of small projects. Advertise at some
forum (I missed the name) to get outside involvement. Lack of
responses about PCing. Possible new mailing list. (dear self:
schedule pledge meetings!)

UMOC(austein):
New PCs mostly working by themselves now. Techcash machine probably
reserved? Poster space reserved? Awards ceremony? PCs very on top
of things.

bookex(kkuhn):
Checks not sent out. Viccro and slehmann working on code later tonight.

Ellen:
Ellen is now in charge of extension for the region. Cool.

Catherio has some ideas about silkscreening. Keep better track of
it. Organize people into lists based on silkscreening ability.

LDday Nov 15th. Ccrazy can drive if needed. Austein going, can drive
people.

Fellowship thing with BU? Apparently we're doing a silkscreening
session with them, maybe fellowship after.

ASA leaving.

PFTGOTO: Matt's having a party on Sat.

Meeting done.  20:02

exec formally approves of fruit in office.
