Advisor:
-1st weekend in November- NJ sectional conference- talk to Ellen if
interested

-There will be a sign up sheet passed around if you want to (and you
should want to!) make food, fill out RFP
-Steak Fry 11/7-Talbot

-invitation stuffing party later-it will be FUN!

-APO vs Random game night--and you better choose APO

-Fellcomm-fellowship committee- talk to jaxxson, we can organize more
fun things!

-I've been kind of burnt out and paying much less
attention than I should. Liz! is awesome and has been doing stuff.

-Len showed Xavier who showed me how to turn the fans off, which
should hopefully mean the office has warmed up some. I'm going to
write something up for the locker to make sure we don't lose this
information again. If you still think the temperature is a problem,
tell me and I'll contact the CAC, but I wanted to see how much turning
off the fans helped before we did more.
As of Monday evening, I've failed to get a clock, but it's still at
the top of my list of things to do.
-CAC is having a semi-annual office cleanout where student groups can
purge furniture from their offices without needing to pay a removal
fee. I don't think we have anything we want to get rid of (and I would
guess it would go to reuse first anyway), but the deadline is Oct
14th, if we change our minds.
APO 75th:
-still needs chair
-Even if you can't help this term, you should still say if you can
help later
UMOC: grantrob, eajones
-going well
-not much done yet
-Staffers need to run UMOC, not do psets
-Stand in front of the booth
Pubdir: ederegt
-Need to deal with silkscreened posters in infinite.
-Need to figure out PSC- email lady.
-Got another slide into infinite slideshow.
-as always, can make posters etc if asked :)
Treasurer;
Standing in for treasurer we have catherio and sophical:
"Money goes in, money comes out!"
Conclave:
-We need 2 chapter representatives for our chapter for conclave
-one vote is where fall conclave is
-latifah and kkuhn voted representatives in white ballot election
-A lot of fun! Everyone, especially pledges, encouraged to attend.
