Officer Reports:

Historian:
-If you take the camera, *sign it out* on the sheet on top of the
mailboxes.
-Working to get pictures off on time for Saturday's project
SVP-
This Saturday: Hub on Wheels-- meet 9am in the office
-Huge mob meeting in City Hall Plaza--we'll probably be stuffing
goodie bags

Rulescomm: Amendments have been made.
Bookex:
-Checks by Friday
-Pickup hours next week
-Go to chmrr to sign up
-Discussion about using some of bookex's money to fix agrajag
-Bookex uses agrajag the most
-mitchb got small portable printer and barcode scanner. They may or
may not work
-Bookex is growing faster than we can handle--we need full
participation!
-Need to hold staff training meeting
-Code needs to be updated
-Some unacceptable amounts of error this term

On behalf of Liz!- Our office is so messy that the person who is
supposed to mop the floor can't. We need to pick things up off of the
floor and keep the office clean.
