09/09/09

President:
Service fair--we have more prospectives!
SVP:
City Days--success! Finished Early, freshmen eager to work
Potentially another CRC project in early October
BookEx is going on
Service Weekend this weekend
Upcoming:
Blood Drive--Sign up on the chmrr! They need people.
Possible Projects: Crisis, Splash, Picnic and Ocean Cleanup (Weekend
of 19th)-PC'd by k_french
If you want to PC something, talk to sophical!
MVP:
Midway happened.
Lots of people signed up.
Not many frosh at W20 block party.
Be aware that we're trying to do a pseudo-rush: Wear your pin!

Sign up to cook dinner at chapter meetings (whenever they are)!
Treasurer:

$35 Brothers, $16 Nibs (newly initiated brothers)
If you want to be active and vote, pay your dues!
Rulescomm will be putting up a lot of ammendments- you will want to
vote!
Catherio on service weekend:
We will be leaving (1 group): 8pm Friday evening
Another group will be leaving after Bookex takedown
Returning on Sunday at 3pm
You can still come! Let her know (even if you have to be back on
Saturday night, she will try to work things out).
You will be working on various chores, including but not limited to
setting up the camp so more people can stay there.
It will be fun, games, friends, tasty food, and MARSHMALLOWS!
Bookex report:
Bookex is going spectacularly! We have lots of books!
We need more staffers on 9/10 to fill empty slots.
Word is now getting out through upperclassmen

Room size is small-perhaps we'll try office next time?

Listcomm will be revived and the lists will be conquered...soon
