Hi all!
Tuesday, Sept 8, is Reg Day, and APO has 3 projects going on at the
same/overlapping times. We desperately need people to sign up for
everything. At peak hours, we need 10 people stamping Reg Day forms and 10
people at Book Ex. This is more people than the chapter currently has
active. Inactives and cruft, please sign up! If you're an active, you should
be helping with a project every moment you aren't required to be elsewhere.

Reg Day: One of our biggest projects, you stamp people's registration forms
and hand out reg day cards. A few people should help with set up at 4pm on
Monday the 7th. Runs from 8:30 am - 5:30pm in Johnson, peak hours are
10:30-4:00. Lunch will be provided. (We also get paid for each person that
shows up.)

Book Ex: 9:30am-5pm, Tues-Fri, in the Mezzanine Lounge (W20-307). The first
day is always really crazy, so it's vital you sign up. We need people with
safe access to sign up for the opening and closing shifts each day. Bring
laptops. There will be snacks.
BookEx Setup & Takedown: Monday and Friday evenings 6pm-whenever, same
place. Help us inventory and move books! Food will be provided.

Block Party: 3:30 - 5:30 in the office. This is a chance to have fun, meet
frosh, and talk about how awesome APO is.
