Subject: Office door acting up again
The office door is being difficult again. As far as I can tell, this
is the same problem as last time -- when I swipe my card, the green
light goes on, but when I turn the handle, sometimes it doesn't engage
and the door doesn't open. The "first pull up, then pull down" trick
works, though.
