This reminds me of the line by Dr. Evil in Austin Powers:
"We get the warhead, and we hold the world ransom for... 1 MILLION DOLLARS!"
"Don't you think we should maybe ask for more than a million dollars?"
Perhaps someone should just send him a check for the $40.60 and save Dr.
Solomon Azare the trouble of having to set up the business proposal at
all... ;-)
I do find it interesting that Nigeria is a federal republic modeled
after the US; I guess I learn something new every day.
