i'm still looking for help with odd-jobs around my home
items i meant to include in the last email (appended):
* 9am to 5pm. 7 days. some days i won't be available
* will be 9am to 9pm once i have internet @ home
* duration until the work is done
* start soonest
* i'm open to hiring people part-time

i like to hire one or more people to help me out @ my home this
summer.
a brother would be perfect, though i'm open to anyone trustworthy who
works smart and steady
work would include:
* gardening
* helping me prepare my rental apartment for new tenants,
* helping me prepare my apartment/home for two new roommates
* housecleaning
* lifting and moving stuff
* recycling stuff
* some build projects
