   Subject: Those Stabby Corner Things

   Dear brothers,
What is the point of Those Stabby Corner Things on the small gray cart?

Just now, in the office, I did in fact stab myself on Those Stabby
Corner Things. Yes, Alpha Chi chapter is hardcore, and we take words
like "stabby" very seriously. (Also, we have a first-aid kit for a
   reason!)

Of course, most of the blame for stabbing myself falls on me. "Being
aware of one's surroundings" is a basic safety measure, especially
important around tools -- and yes, the carts count as tools. However,
Those Stabby Corner Things seem to be utterly pointless. I have only
ever seen them put to one use: holding up paper that said "APO Book
Exchange". As Bookex co-chair, I submit that we have more effective
   publicity methods...

Therefore, I propose that we terminate Those Stabby Corner Things with
   extreme prejudice.

the gray cart use to be under the beige wooden box, that use to have
all the ritual equipment in it, and the four metal corner posts helped
to hold the box in place

made it easy to move the box to the site of ceremonies

if all the ritual equipment fits inside the wooden box, it could make
sense to go back to using the box for the ritual equipment

this probably involves
- reattaching the hinges
- finding another place for the papers now stored in the box
- perhaps locking it again (this was done under the theory, that only
  duly-initiated brothers should have access)

the beige wooden box is on the yellow wall between the maroon couch
and the tallest chalk board
