Present: austein, ederegt, zev, ahailes, kkuhn, slehmann, kdrinkwa, cristen,
nteague, s_evans, ellen, piper, rkw, sophical, schuhrke, jaxxson, remeyer
1936 start
Reports:
President: I have written up documentation for the next president. The
Membership Academy has its registration deadline, this looks like exactly
what our chapter needs. It should be really good and it's only $35! I intend
to go, you should too. June 12th/13th in CT.
SVP: Yesterday was Prison Books, it went well. This Saturday we have two
projects: (1) At Perkins School For The Blind working with kids, Nicole and
Liz are both going, (2) Retrofit project part 2, meeting in the office at
1:50pm. Finals Cookie Baking is coming up, then Finals Coffeehouse. The week
of finals there's a kid's fair type of thing Tuesday night for those
interested.
PVP: Exit interviews are almost all done, PCR/PTR is at 10pm, planning to
bring sandwich-making stuff and drinks. I'll write a clue for the next
mommy. Initiation ceremonies are coming up.
BVP: We had an awesome time watching Space Jam last weekend. I started
writing cluedump stuff. Tomorrow there is an advisor lunch in the office.
I-Banquet, if you want to help cook, email k_french
Treasurer: Money goes in, money goes out. *fwah!* (everyone applauds)
AC: Not much to report, just been doing the usual. Need to write cluedump.
Should update email lists, put actives in actually active lists
PubDir: absent
APOcEd: I am really hosed so the APOC will come out Tuesday, send stuff to
me by Monday nightish.
Historian: I've been really lame this semester and this will probably
continue 2-3 days.
OM: Shelves are not done yet.. maybe over the summer
Advisor: Not much. There are two new chapters in the region, one in NJ and
one in NH. Section 99 is now Section 101 and 102.
(1951-1956 food break!)
Bookex: Alioth and Cat are co-PCing Bookex this year! We expect this Bookex
to be large because it's Fall. So we need sub-PCs! Sent an email about this
last night. We're also looking to re-vamp the website over the summer.
Catherio is willing to help with publicity, and Nicole will probably do
Aftermath. *passes sign-up sheet around*
Big Screw: checks are being processed.
RulesComm: We finished our first pass through the bylaws! Now it's time for
the second pass! If you're interested this might be a good time to jump in!
Afterfinals: Zev is having a hard time getting in touch with Jim. Will send
mail anyway, things will happen. Afterfinals is definitely happening!
--
Announcements:
If you're staying over the summer, make sure you blanche your to apo-summer.
