Hi all,
Here are memcomm minutes from last night. Please send
apo-memcomm@mit.edu any corrections or additions.
Present: mitchb, austein, s_evans
PVP: summary of minutes from last time, and discussion of general thoughts
mitchb: Steak Fry problem: hard for pledges to get invitations printed
due to unexpected problems.
need to make it easier to get invitations printed.
discussion among those present: For recruitment, all brothers need to
make personal contacts and individually recruit.
mitchb: it's getting time to get ready for next semester
s_evans: who's interested in being PVP next semester
all: Ahailes and ederegt have expressed interest.
discussion: During recruiting drives like at CPW, brothers should ask
prospectives about what other groups they're interested in. Chances are
that we have a brother in that group. that brother should then track
the prospective to try to recruit through the other group. Find a
common link between actives and pledges. This is a really effective
technique, as seen in other groups.
