2-11-09 Chapter Meeting 7:30pm.
Sophie & Zev made chili.
A slight delay before minutes are taken...
Attendance: austein, kkuhn, mitchb, sophical, zev, cristen, jaxxson,

ederegt, s_evans, slehmann, joanie (chapter liason) & ellen (chapter
advisor) & lori (chapter advisor)
SVP:
-Passes around a Service Preference Questionnare
Keep an eye out for events in the WUAPO!
BVP:
If you want to help cook for Black Morbid at 5pm Saturday let Alioth know
-Passes around signup sheet for food at each Chapter Meeting
PVP:
So far we've had 2 pledge ceremonies with 5 pledges, yay!
at least 1 more pledge at next week's ceremony, hoping for more
pledge manuals are printed! pledge meeting happened
there is one more open meeting, right before Black Morbid
-Passes out Brotherhood Forms & Big-Little Applications
(interrupt for introductions for the pledges!)
Treasurer:
People who want to be actives should pay dues, pledges should pay
their pledge fees.

We have a WUAPO, as you can see on the handouts.

Advisor Report:
Ellen will be busier this semester than usual due to classes but is
always reachable by phone and email. Ellen wants the flat bed cart.
(interrupt for How Brothers Can Borrow Things From The Office: write
down name and item in binder on top of the officer mailboxes)
Bookex Report:
We did pretty well this year - almost 9 grand. We're getting checks
issued, that seems slightly delayed, but should be okay for next
week's pickup. Will send email for pickup hours.
National Reports:
Matt will be writing up on that soon.
MemComm:
will begin meeting soon, wants to work out CPPC issues.
Fellowship Committee:
will disuss advisor lunches after this meetings.

Other:
Mitch says: the monitor which we thought would explode has been
replaced awhile ago, jen tu brought it here, another alum donated it.
the name of the computer has changed: now stav (short name of
stavromula-beta). server's name is hactar.
PFTGOTO:
Matt: after Black Morbid the Chocolatiers are having dinner at 7 or 8pm.
Amy: See me talk about vaginas this weekend! Vagina Monologues, 8pm in
10-250 Thurs-Sat
Ellen: For people interested in science fiction, this weekend there is
a convention, there are unadvertised discounts that SFS knows all

Catherio: If you like singing, check out the Asymptotes this weekend,
