new and improved minutes browser: again, "add apo" "minutes" and this
time, you DON'T even need to be at an X terminal!

Important Survey (i need the info to write my outgoing report :) Please
reply.)

1) have you used the on-line browser?
   a) yes, I love it
   b) yes
   c) I would have if I were at an X terminal more often
   d) haven't
   e) haven't and won't because I find what you send in ASCII sufficient
   f) Don't read minutes.
   g) other (tell me)

2) Now that you could view both ASCII and DVI versions of minutes on-line
with the new browser, do you think that this effort of keeping minutes
on-line in two formats should be continued?
   a) Yes. Both DVI and ASCII are cool
   b) Just DVI will do.
   c) Just ASCII will do.
   d) Just email to apo-minutes will do.
   e) other (tell me)

Thanks very much,
Gilbert

SVP (Barbara): There will be some project this Sat. that Harry
is PC'ing. Boston Food bank is overbooked for this Sat. but
will be glad to give us work in January or next term (future
SVP please note.) So, we might work at Somerville Homeless
Coalition. I'll follow up on this.

MVP (Dave): Pledge interviews need to be done by Sunday because
that's when the Pledge Term review meeting is going to be.
PDR1/2 for pledges and 20 Chimneys for brothers.
Interview contents will be finding out about pledges progress
in fulfilling requirements and becoming a brother in various as-
pects. Preferably these should not be conducted in office and
not over dinner. There are guidelines in the apo locker.
Pledge feedback meeting is opportunity for pledges to give com-
ments and flaming about chapter. Moderator for pledges will be
       mrn [AX alum/sectional staff].

AVP (Gilbert): Straw poll for day of the week for chapter meeting
next term for the purpose of reserving rooms: 3 against Wed.,
0 against Tue. 0. [Barbara points out that people not able to
make Tue. won't be here. But I'll go ahead and reserve Tue
       anyway.]

Treasurer (Henning): 2 people talked to be aboutthe job of treasurer
so they could possibily run for it in the future. Pay your debts
       and I'll be grateful.

APOcEd (bert): Apoc is out. The README file in /mit/apo/HowTo/Officers/APOced
is outdated. I'll try to update it soon.

PubDir (Charley): re-acquired some paint that I didn't know was
lent out. I need a pubdir substitute for IAP because I'll be
       hosed.

Historian (Richard): People shouldn't park bikes on or against pledge-
