We will be having our bi-weekly chapter meeting tomorrow evening at 6pm
in W20-400.
On the agenda are two items:
1) Chapter Treasury - Our accounts have had some trouble which can't be
fixed by anything short of the chapter voting as a whole to have fixed.
I know anything involving the chapter's finances can be convoluted and
can take longer to explain then people have the ability to follow, so
I'll try to give a condensed form so that all can understand.
2) Apportioning the Nationals Layaway Fund - The chapter puts aside some
money each term to be used for the National Convention. We can't just
spend it - the chapter has to decide how it is being used - so I'll be
making a proposal for this.
