What's better than doing service? Doing service in a Tuesday afternoon!

Book Folder, this Tuesday 10/28 - This is a crafty project for
creative people. Making a book folder is like scrapbooking. They
provide all of the supplies and text, as well as a simple b&w
photocopy of the cover. It's up to you to color or to illustrate the
cover to make the folder attractive to 6-9 year-olds. These book
folders are used for 1:1 reading interventions by older adult mentors
in schools and after-school programs, and they need A LOT of these
made by the end of October as well as replacement ones made later.

Come to show your creativity and make legend book folders of your
secret obsessions ( such as your obsession for sheep, which you are so
obsessed about that you stay up all night just to imagine thousands of
them jumping over a fence....

  Or... maybe it's just me.)

We'll meet at the APO office at 4:30pm and go to South Station. Please
email me to RSVP :)
