Room to grow 10/15, PC'ed by viccro--small group but that was okay
because it was a small place. sorted little kids' toys.

11/1 child care resource center family literacy day
whatever you want to PC--people should come up with projects! if
brothers or pledges have some idea what they're interested in doing,
they should e-mail me or come talk to me and I can help them figure out
a project.

Last week -- mobbing night, went well except for random people being
annoyed, likely to be repeated with special tactics to avoid pissing off
tooling randomites.
Steak Fry coming up -- thanks to Kristin and EJ for organizing.

Mail really sucks right now. I don't know as much about it as a few
other people, so I will figure things out from them.

Is hosed. Hasn't really done anything since last week. Wants to make a
map of the office. Needs a bulletin board.

has had a horrible, horrible week, and will have another such week this
week. she forgot to make slides for next week's display in the Infinite
until it was too late. :( sorry. she also hasn't gotten in touch with
PSC yet. too hosed, does not know quite what to do.

There are pictures from the pledge ceremony and from pruning trees. They
will be up soon, after clue-dump.

In the campaign to do more service on campus, I've been mentioning APO
at various events. Earlier this week, I got a call from the President's
House, where we used to volunteer a bunch. They're interested in having
us help again and should be contacting the SVP to coordinate some things
soon.
I went through the Nationals legislation and distilled some of the more
interesting items and distributed them to our potential voting
delegates. We'll be selecting a couple later.
Our wonderful pledge Cat and I will be going to Conclave next weekend.
There's room for more if you're interested in coming.
I've been informed that not only is the UA mail sorting in a bad state,
but they will not be making any attempt to fix it and will not support
mail delivery. I'll be talking to SAO to see what's up with that and
about getting a box next to the elevators on the 4th floor of W20.

Nationals
######
There was a meeting yesterday. Nationals is coming along nicely.
Silkscreening chair and sewing chair will have work to do, there are
sashes to be made that will hopefully be around for many years.
Pledges should learn chapter skills. If you're a skill chair, you should
let them know you exist.
We should make a roll-call video. Roll Call is a way to introduce all
the different chapters to each other in a fun way. This year, it's
happening via youtube.
Voting Delegates:
Last time we discussed delegates. There were 4 people who were
interested. Have any of you decided if there's anything you're
specifically interested? <no one sounds especially enthusiastic, though
willing> <discussion>
Move to elect sophical and ederegt as our delegates.
Motion passes.
Other stuff.
The grills are hot, we should get steaks on. Does anyone know how to grill?

If you want to PC PAM or other things, you should tell people!!
ederegt needs a bulletin board for the office.
We passed out wristbands for Senior Toast Friday. It was exciting!
There is a cool service we never knew about that is very awesome and
makes mailing things easy for us. We should sign up for it.
