OK -- now it's really relevant.
Pledges, with their BBs, should be organizing Interviews. These should be
serious although informal meetings with the pledge, their BB, and one or
two other brothers. (Over dinner is a bad idea. Dressing up is too far
the other way.) Find a nice classroom (not the office) to talk for an hour
or two about APO, about what the pledge has done (make a checklist of the
Pledge Requirements), about how the pledge feels about APO and what they
want to do with it.
Once an interview time has been scheduled, please send me mail detailing
who
when
where
so that I know.
Interviews should be conducted before PTRM/PTFM (Pledge Term
Review/Feedback Meeting), which are on Sunday, December 4th. (I believe
the starting time is 10am; more details will be coming out soon.)
NOTE TO BROTHERS: If you wish to vote on the elevation of the pledges, you
must attend PTRM or else talk to me about it *beforehand*. Thanks.
Brothers who wish to attend a particular pledge's interview should contact
either the pledge or their BB.
