Hey Everyone!
It's HUNGER AWARENESS WEEK, and the MIT Hunger Action Group would like
to cordially invite you to this year's Hunger Banquet. Modeled by Oxfam, the
banquet will illustrate the growing inequities in food distribution around the
world. Food will be served based on the actual proportions of people's diets
across the globe. We will be showing a brief video about Oxfam's work and will
hear from an outstanding Oxfam speaker.
The Banquet promises to be a thought-provoking and stirring event.
Please join us on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 7:30pm in the Mez. Lounge
as we broaden our understanding of world hunger issues.
