A bunch of upcoming projects for you guys to PC:
UMOC--a bunch of people have offered to be sub or co PCs, but no one
wants the top job. So, if you volunteer to PC this, you'll have lots of
underlings to do your bidding.
Room to Grow--October 15th, 5:30 p.m.--sorting donated baby clothes
Senior Toast-- October 17th, ca 5:00 p.m.--help with an on-campus event
by passing out beverages to attendees. Will take all of half an hour.
Pretty much the easiest project ever.
Book Folders -- 10/28 , 5:30 p.m.-- make book-related folders for
volunteers to use while teaching kids to read
Family Literacy Fun Day -- 11/1, 10:00 am to 3:30 p.m.-- The Child Care
Resource Center is running an event to promote literacy. They need
volunteers to set up, clean up, serve food, and help with activities.
Good project if you like little kids.
Let me know if you're interested in any of these.
