LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
Dave Cho has asked that I announce my annual "How Leaders Function"
seminar to be held this Saturday, from 9-11, as part of ESP's SPLASH
weekend. (Conducting registration for this event is this term's
pledge project.)
I will review the three processes in which all leaders must engage,
and then discuss resources, member and leader motivation, and
leadership style. You should come away with a clearer understanding of
how leadership works than is provided by most leadership training
programs with which I am familiar.
Pledges, brothers, and others are invited, and indeed encouraged to
attend, with the understanding that they will share the seminar with
lots of kids, some of them possibly in junior high school.
I hope to see you Saturday, bright and early.
