Office hours (aka open meeting) happened Friday. 5-6 prospectives, yay
Pledge ceremony upcoming: Tuesday 9/16 (may be initiation ceremony, or
not). initiation ceremony, if happening, at 7. Pledge ceremony at 9.
Wants a list of prospectives that have come for stuff:
-lwest will provide for service projects
-austein will provide from open office hours

if we don't follow the postering rules, ask someone if you don't know.

LEADS workshops exist at Nationals
-LAUNCH is a prerequisite for the others, we could get a LAUNCH course
in before nationals if interest
-chapter's 75 anniversary is Spring 11. active planning has to start
by summer 09 if there's going to be a big bash.
Items of interest
Website:
it has been non-full of info, austein will try to get someone to work on it.
Donations:
-do we want the reserve account (where we can use the money) to be
listed on the donations website in addition to (or even instead of) the
endowment (where we can only get interest).
-the Joe Kuchta Memorial Fund will also exist. it will be an endowment
if the amount is high enough, an account we can draw down if not.
-our endowment is really big
Bookex: there are problems. we were late submitting checks. also they
were for wrong amounts. sadness.
Nationals: meeting yesterday. Anybody want to be a voting delegate?
Let austein know if you want to come.
President's Report:
There will be chairs soon.
Let Liz de Regt know if you're going on Berkshires project soon, b/c she
has to reserve waders.
