Hi guys,
As most of you are aware, this coming term we are doing an awesome thing --
Open Chapter Weekend!
Basically, we invite prospectives to a Chapter Weekend that happens the
first weekend of term, get a big group of 20-30 people up at Camp
Resolute to do some serious work up there, and attract a lot of people
to APO.
I'm PCing this crazy thing and I need some help! Let me know if you
want to join in the leadership/planning of this endeavor -- I'm
specifically looking for someone to work out the details of the food,
and someone else to help plan the evening activity and general
scheduling stuff.
If you're interested, let me know!
Even if you can't help plan, you should definitely come. Saturday Sept
6 leaving 9am-ish, returning Sunday the 7th in the afternoon.
If you have a car, we'd even more especially love to have you join us
and bring some car-less brothers and prospectives along for the ride :-)
