APO traditionally assists in handing out awards during the Institute
Awards Convocation.
From the request:
Need: Two Ushers for INSTITUTE AWARDS CONVOCATION
When: Tuesday: May 6th
Program starts at 4pm
What to Do: Hand out programs to all attending the convocation starting
@ 3:40pm
Hand out winners list at 5:30 as our audience leaves the program
Benefits: Stay for the Gala Reception starting at 5:30...good food and jazz
If you are interested, please email me ASAP. I suspect they could use
more than 2 if more people are interested.
