Hey everyone!
This is aimed both at those already signed up for the event tomorrow and
those who may want to go but haven't signed up.
For those signed up, you should have gotten an email from them. If you can't
find it, I've put the information at the bottom of this email. It looks like
the two groups are doing different things, but with the same overall goal in
mind. Can someone in the 2:30 session please write down who's there so I
know who participated in the project? Thanks!
For anyone else- This is a cool project, and it's going to be ongoing (more
projects later) so if you like it there will be more opportunities to help
out! Plus, there's free dinner for both time slots! You can't still sign up
on the timesheets, but I think if you show up tomorrow at the locations it's
likely they will appreciate the extra help. If you have questions, email me
or Adam Siegel (adam.siegel@sloan.mit.edu), or both of us.

the info for the 2:30-5:30 session is pasted below:
* The plan is to meet in the MIT chemistry building, 18-390 at 2:30. We
will receive a short training in recommissioning occupancy sensors and a
brief safety talk on wet chemistry labs. Then we will work in pairs
along with a member of Facilities to check all the occupancy sensors in
the building.
PLEASE WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES as we will be entering the labs and clothes
you are comfortable climbing step ladders in. We hope to get all the
sensors checked before we finish at 5:30pm. At that point we will
adjourn to building 66 for some pizza.*
The info for the 6-9 session is here too. (NB: The 6-9 session is actually
5:30-9):
* The plan is to meet in the MIT building 66-160 on Monday at 5:30pm. We
will have time for some pizza then receive a short training in vending
misers and their maintenance. Then we will work in pairs throughout
campus to check all the vending machines. Wear clothes you are
comfortable walking around campus in. We hope to get all the sensors
checked before we finish at 9pm. At that point we will meet to
debrief.*
