Here are the minutes from Exec today:

 Exec Meeting 3 =96 9 =96 08

 Meeting Begins:

Called to order by Zev,

Talked about attendance... Where is Exec today?

 SVP:

Child Care Resource Cntr on 3/15

Chapter Weekend is coming up: scheduling is an issue =96 Camp Resolute is
tricky during Spring weekend. Another camp may be needed.

Zev: Let's try another camp.

Who has ideas for another camp?

The experiment with PC's taking more responsibility for projects seems to
work well.

 Brown: What happened with Spark?

Zev: There was a lot going on Saturday (3/8) with Spark, Project Bread, and
SFF.

 MVP:

Absent... hosed.

E-mail-ed officer report will be included at end of minutes

Littles / Bigs are paired up

 FVP:

SFF happened Saturday. Success, moderate turn-out

Alexmv knows the alumni addresses for Steak Fry invitations

Pi-Day is coming up =96 TB Schardl (neboat) is PC

Steaky Fry is in a month =96 manayach is PC =96 Invites need to go out soon=
.

Zev: Food at Chapter Meetings? Yes, maybe... if we can find money. - FVP
will find people to cook / buy food each chapter meeting

 Treasurer:

Absent...

officer report will be included at end of notes

Pay yer Dues! (by next Chapter meeting at 3/16) =96 they are $35.00 to Yi-H=
sin

People can pay by putting dues in the drop safe in a sealed envelope
addressed to Yi-Hisin as DUES

Brown: Suggest that treasurer e-mail to people poking them to pay dues.

 APOced

absent...

officer report will be included at end of minutes

 Office Manager

Office is sooo much cleaner.

 Historian:

absent.

Officer Report e-mailed and attached at end

Liz suggests that picture gallery use year =96 term rather than term- year =
as
a way to classify photos. This way, photos can be found by searching for a
year and then selecting a semester.

 Ellen was sick.

 President:

Happy. Hosed.

Liz: BookEx books are still left. Due dilligence has been done to try to
get the remaining three sellers their books. Let's donate them.

 Brown:

BookEx Post-Mortem needs to happen each term.

Has spoken with Ali Wyne (some UA officer) about trying to get a public
posting of all textbooks online (to make selecting textbooks easier). Work
continues on this. Ask Brown or Liz about it for more information.

 SVP (Kristina):

Talked to Lori about project ideas. Pledge project would be really great to
resurrect. Needs to coordinate with MVP to generate interest and energy in
pledges.

 Zev:

CPPC goals discussion: Learn to tie knots seminar for fellowship.

Sounds cool.

Lots of Projects coming up. Read your e-mail!!!!!

Everyone: Attendance at Service projects has been low this semester. What
is going on guys? Please tell us.

Zev, Brown: What are solutions to problems of being hosed conflicting with
APO events?

This is a really tricky issue. Everyone has conflicting interests sometimes=
.

All: Maybe we can make some novel changes to make projects / fellowship
events somehow more appealing than volunteering with other groups.

 CPPC goals achieved:

Ongoing project in the office

Consistent Meetings this semester

Well on our way to revising the PC program.

We got a lot of posters up all over the MIT campus advertising the open
meetings at the beginning of the semester.

Woo!

 Liz:

Looked up sewing machines for the office. She has picked a great one!

Have to check with Yi-Hsin to see if there is money in the budget to suppor=
t
this: Sewing Machine will be used for Project Linus and anything you can
come up with.

We're totally gonna finish this meeting soon.

APO Letter shirts could be sold as a fundraising project =96 ideas like
"Fvcked by the Institute", Dragon shirts, "APO"

 Meeting adjourned! Woo!
