Hi,
The SFF (Semi-Formal Formal) is coming up in the next month. This is a
really great fellowship event for the chapter.
SFF is scheduled for March 8 at 7pm.
The semi-formal formal happens each semester, usually in the Experimental
Study Group (ESG) kitchen/ lounge area. Brothers come and play board games,
eat food that other brothers have cooked, and generally enjoy themselves.
A PC for this project will need to coordinate getting the food bought and
cooked (a food subPC is ideal), reserving ESG (not hard, since we have a
contact there), setting up invitations to be mailed out (the APO press says
that they can make invites), and deciding on a theme.
The theme of SFF is up to the PC, so whoever PCs it gets a vast amount of
power!
The PC(s) will need to either pick someone to coordinate with the press
operators to make invitations or to coordinate with them themselves. This
is a lot of fun to run :)
