Hello, all!

Charley here to tell you all about the upcoming chapter weekend.
The essential informationm is:

WHERE: Wind-in-the-Pines Girl Scot Camp(that's in Plymouth)
WHEN: Fri, Sat, and Sun November 4, 5, and 6
WHAT: So far, it seems to be staining buildings and some
real carpentry(buildng handicap access ramps, for example)
	WHAT I NEED:

SSS U U BBBB PPPP CCC SSS
	S S U U B B P P C C S S
	 S U U BBBB PPP C S
	  S U U BBBB P C S
	S S U U B B P C C S S
SSS UUUUU BBBB P CCC SSS

I need sub-pcs for transportation, food, and manpower. It is essential that
we begin callng drivers soon so that we can have people on tap before that
Friday. Transport, food and manpower require no special gifts. All you must
do is contact the relevant chair (Rachel is food chair, Henning is transport
chair) andd ask them "How do I do this." It's that easy. Manpower requires you
to make phone callings the weekend before and the Wednesday before the project
to confirm who is going and who isn't. This makes the jobs of the other two
sub-pc's (and my) jobs easier.

SO: Anyone who wants to be one of the sub-pcs, please email me or call me at
x5-8941.

Signup sheet is in the office, send me email(for now) if you want to
go or sign up there. More details will be coming out as the date approaches.
