Hi Brothers and Pledges,
The term is coming to a close! Take note of the following dates for the
end of the term:
* Exit interviews are November 25th through December 1st
* PCR/PTR is December 2nd
* I-Banquet is December 8th
Detailed descriptions of the above events for pledges:
* All pledges who would like to be elevated (become a brother) must have
an exit interview. One pledge at a time meet with a group of brothers
in the office. It's a chance for you to tell the chapter what you've
done this term, and for the rest of the chapter gather information for
elevation decisions.
* PCR/PTR is the Pledge Class Review/Pledge Term Review. These take
place in two adjacent rooms. Pledges meet with an alum for Pledge Term
Review and anonymously let the chapter know the good and bad things
about their pledge term. At the same time, active brothers meet for the
Pledge Class Review to vote on which pledges to elevate.
* I-Banquet (Initiation Banquet) is the feast that occurs after the
Initiation ceremony. Even if you're not elevated, you are welcome to
attend.
Have a great end of term!
YiLFS,
Zev
