Leo P Horton was an MIT student in the seventies that ran for three years
in a row and won every single time until APO got tired of this and
convinced him to join (then he couldn't run anymore). An alumn came by and
said that he votes Leo P Horton every single year out of tradition and
that sometimes Leo P Horton comes by and sees his name on the list and
feels all happy and warm and fuzzy inside or something.
Anyway, he gave us 20.25 and asked to be put on the chart if he stood out
of the general heap.
