Hi,
Steak Fry is coming up next Saturday (October 20) at 7pm. It will
definitely occur at Camp Resolute which is near to Boston.
I need the following: RSVPs from anyone who plans on coming to steak fry.
You do not need to attend all of chapter weekend to attend steak fry. In
your response, tell me if you want to come just for steak fry or if you
will come for the chapter weekend as well because we need to figure out
rides for everyone who will come.
Respond by Wednesday October 17 to allow us time to plan rides and food
for you.
If you want to come to steak fry or chapter weekend, let Michael
(manayach) and me know if you can provide rides. Michael is
Transportation PC for chapter weekend.
We need a grillmaster for steak fry. If you can grill or fry a steak,
please volunteer! The job entails frying the steaks.
