Steak Fry/Chapter Weekend

Chapter Weekend will be on the weekend of Oct 20 (that means Saturday
the 20th and Sunday the 21st). We will be leaving for Camp Resolute from
the APO Office at about 0900 on Saturday morning and returning around
1350 Sunday afternoon. There we will be helping out with the camp in
various ways, hanging out, and having fun because that's what we do! You
can expect the usual self-satisfaction in doing some good and the
wonderful company of your fellow brothers (and pledges).
This is, however, kind of a special service project because we will be
combining it with Steak Fry. For those of you who know nothing of Steak
Fry you might be better off asking someone who isn't a pledge, but from
what I understand it involves eating good food and auctioning cool
stuff. We would really love it if you could come and participate in both
events, but we really need you to RSVP so we know how many people we
need to feed and how many people we need to drive. (Have a car and
willing to drive? Email manayach@mit.edu.)
If you are interested in coming please, please, please RSVP as soon as
possible. We would like to get a fairly definite list of people by about
next weekend.
