Hi guys,
We still need a PC for the following project:
Prison Book Program, Tuesday 11 Sept, 5:30-10pm
Pick out books to send to prisoners based on their letters describing
their interests.
If you are available to PC the Prison Book Program project, email me
and I'll give you all the information.

Duties of a service project PC:
1. Get people to sign up for the project (may include sending angry
emails and/or talking to people individually)
2. A couple days before the project, if the number of people who have
volunteered is significantly off from the number I estimated to the
organization, call the organization and ask if the new number of
volunteers is ok. Depending on what they say you may have to
apologetically cancel the project, or cap the number of your volunteers.
3. Lead the group to the project on time (you may offer to give
wake-up calls if you feel so inclined)
4. Afterward, send both me and the ApocEd an article that contains, at
minimum, the name of the place you went and a list of all the list of
people who went on the project. (Preferably you would also say a few
words about what you did and how it went.)
I'll give you all the info you need; ping me if you are unclear about
what to do.
