Riv needs to send a launch request - send her angry e-mails
We need a logo. If you don't send one in (and you should) Riv will do it
Budget
We have $2500 so we can do extra things and keep costs down
T-shirts are extra (money makers!)
Matt will do flasks (maybe talk to lex of 5e)
Set price at $30/person (this was the low end of comfortable range)
