Conclave wants You

There are some things that need to get done before the end of the
semester/over the summer for Conclave. But its end-of-term and
everybody is hosed, so its been divided up into a bunch of smaller tasks.
Take a look at the list, find the thing(s) that looks most interesting
to you, and let me know.
Alums should feel free to let me know if they have experience and are
interested in helping with a particular area. While everything should
be run by Actives, any help is appreciated.
Before the end of term:
-Contact parking to make sure we will have parking available at MIT
(you might ask mitchb for help with this)
-Somebody who wants to be really involved in Conclave planning in
general should talk to me
-Somebody who wants to organize workshops at the Conclave
Over the summer, we could use:
-Service/projects chair (this should not be the SVP)
-Somebody to get all the A/V requirements taken care of
-Mailings to other chapters need to be prepared
-Somebody should work out banquet catering
-Ball (all sorts of planning outside of DJing)
-Official MIT event registration and talking to the CPs
-Website chair
-Souvenirs
-Fellowship event/activity planning
-Awards need to be procured/created
-Somebody to manage Registration
This is your chance to take a part of Conclave and make it great in the
ways you want. Don't be afraid if you think you don't know enough about
a particular topic, there are plenty of alums/upperclassmen who can help
out.
