APO Exec meeting 5/25/07
Present: Mandi, Jim, David, Huanan, Sarah, Riv, Yuki, Devon, Zev, Mitch,
Ellen
SVP: Project this weekend. Last "projecty project" of term.
Also cookie baking and Finals Coffeehouse need to happen.
Mandi is dealing with Spring Service Day service form
MVP: Schedule exit interviews!
PTR/PCR is Sunday of Roast, 5 PM.
FVP: I'll get someone to PC IBanquet.
Treasurer: Meeting on dues structure happened. We had a plan.
It was emailed to the chapter. We should vote on the proposal.
Pubdir: Haven't done much this last week. I'll put up shiny
pictures in the Infinite before the end of term.
Prez: I ordered service pins. I intend to make invitations for
IBanquet. I need to fill out some forms.

Dues Structure Discussion:
Riv proposes subsidizes initiantion fee
Mandi thinks that's a bad idea.
Discussion is happening.
Exec proposes:
Active Member Dues: $35/term [16 to nationals, 19 kept by chapter]
However, NIBs only pay $16 their first term as a brother.
Initation Fee $40 [all of which goes to nationals]
Pledge Fee: $35 [33.50 to nationals, 1.50 to chapter]
This will be reevaluated during the first chapter meeting following Spring
Break.
