For housing reasons, conclave is Saturday-Sunday.

BU claims that they have a gym from Saturday morning to Sunday morning 
(reserved/permission from athletics).  They need to talk to grounds and 
security, who will probably want our money.  Also, they need to talk to 
parking, which may be expensive/complicated.  It is their chapter meeting 
tonight!  But we're getting a list of BU people who are interested and 
hopefully talking to them more.

Hotel: Hotel@MIT, $210 per room per night, we have a block of 20 until 2 
weeks before (may drop down to 12 if we get confirmation from BU).

We should have PCs for various aspects of this thing.

The chapter needs to talk about how we're going to deal with conclave and 
service and pledges and stuff without going crazy.

11:00 first set of workshops/service
12:30 lunch from us
13:30 workshops/service
15:00 workshops/service
16:30 break before banquet
18:30 banquet
23:00 end of

Sunday
09:00 breakfast (from us)
