% Motion Passes, White Ballot
	should non-Alpha Chi's be allowed on apo-news?  discussion ensues;
	  points include
		apo-news is already public through a variety of forums
		it could be potentially politically embarassing in the
			future
		apo-news is really only used for annoucements
		for sensitive issues, we can create a new mailing list
			for that purpose (e.g. apo-legislation)
	  MP:many-few-few
% Motion Passes: Many Aye, Few Nay, Few Abstain
	make a list called "apo-ax" that is private & fascist, etc.
		discussion ensues: points include that this could be a
		catch-all for private discussion; people point out that too
		many lists exist, and that when the need arises, we should
		create the list then.
