This is probably a well worn topic to most of you,
but I'll post my question anyway. I'm looking for
beginner's instruction on how to create, modify, or
scan graphics for Web home pages. What are some
common techniques Web page designers use to create
some of the beautiful images and graphics I've been
seeing on the Web? Thanks in advance for any help.
