I apologize if this is a faq. I haven't seen an answer as I browse the
headers here.
Since upgrading to Netscape 0.93b from 0.9b, I've been getting a lot of
"Connection refused by host" messages. I can often connect successfully
by clicking the link a second or third time, though.
Any clue as to what's causing this? and what I can do to fix it?
I'm still trying to get ahold of 0.94. The main site's always busy, and
the mirrors don't seem to have it yet.
