I have modified html-mode.el to work under Gnu Emacs 19.
(The last version I saw worked under Lucid Emacs 19 but not
Gnu.) For those who have not seen html-mode.el, the main
contribution is to provide a set of commands to insert
the most common tags. It is not a Web browser or HTML
previewer. The Emacs 19 versions also provide a menubar
so you don't need to remember the command sequences, some
of which are rather obscure to say the least. There is
also a small amount of font hackery so that bold face
and emphasis are displayed as such.
