Read Jon Udell article in November 1994 BYTE magazine titled
Exploring Chicago and Daytona.  You may reconsider your view
on Win95 as "... a rock-hard goal of running on a 4MB 386".
At this point Win95 is still a moving target for developing on.

In general, I think that the more platforms you support with
your server the better the average joe/jane can participate in the
networked society (and your bank account will reflect that too -).
