This is a blanket request to all WWW browser developers:
Please put URN support into your browsers at least to the
point where if an HREF value begins with URN: then allow
the whole thing to pass through your URL parser unscathed.
Current examples are that Mosaic will parse
<URN:DNS:gatech.edu:oit.cs.it> as URN:oit.cs.it. Mozilla
puts the current pages scheme,host,port in front as though
it were a partial URL. This makes setting up a URN testbed
very very difficult.
