I am the editor of an Israeli National standard for the inclusion of Bi
Directionality into SGML.
The standard is going out now for public comments.
I would like to pursue the avenue of including the same capability in
HTML, since it is an essential ingredient if one wants to include
languages with direction of writing of right-to-left.
How shall I proceed?
