You could take a look at the Webmaster's Starter Kit.
If you have access to a World Wide Web client (like Mosaic or Lynx)
then see the URL
http://wsk.eit.com/wsk/doc/
But that won't have the VM server. Since you posted to the
www-vm list, I wonder, was that the server platform you had in mind?
